Back in the summer of 2009, the swine flu hit everywhere hard. People who were normally healthy were getting sick and even dying from it. The flu hit people at record numbers and did so out of regular flu season. In light of that, a vaccine was in the works and was released in November.

The vaccine was at first released to only high needs groups. These groups included; pregnant women, babies and young children, and people with chronic health conditions and health care workers. There were line ups everywhere, as people waited in the cold to get a swine flu shot. Many people were eager and jumped on the idea to get vaccinated. However there were some, who were unsure as to its safety.

Some people felt strongly that it was too soon for a vaccine to come out and know what the effects are going to be. And these concerns came from people and some health officials. Some paediatricians refused to give out the shots. And this fear didn`t come out of nowhere. There was talk of the swine flu vaccine that hurt lots of people back in the seventies.

The drug administration claimed that the vaccine was safe and stated that the vaccine was manufactured using the same approved ingredients used to produce the seasonal influenza vaccine and that it didn`t contain any new adjuvant which are vaccine additives.

Still people had their doubts. They remembered that over five hundred cases of Guillain Barrre Syndrome were reported and that the vaccine was stopped. They found that the vaccine was actually doing more harm than good.

Officials responded claiming that the vaccine today is different from the vaccine three decades ago. Still, people felt that with a new vaccine it was hard to know what all the side effects would be.

The vaccine comes in three choices. It can be done in two doses for healthy people with an inactivated virus, or it can be in a single shot without the inactivated virus or it can be given through a nasal spray to healthy people two years old and up, and it contains a live attenuated flu virus.

Known side effects to the vaccine are having a mild fever, muscle aches, nausea, headache, fainting, soreness of the arm and a runny nose. The incidence of GBS is reported just as common as in the regular flu shot.

Many people still feel torn as to what to do over the vaccine. Even with all of the information out there, where some are claiming its bad and others say that its fine is still making people feel undecided. Nobody wants to give a vaccine to a child and then find out that it has adverse side effects that later come out. Nor do they want it to happen to themselves. On the other hand some people are just getting the shot and getting on with their lives. So are people just being worry warts over the whole vaccine issue? Only time will tell.

Lots and lots of research has shown that a healthy diet and natural sunshine boost our immune system so our bodies are able to fight of the flu, colds, and other germy invaders naturally. The healthy diet includes plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, grains, and steering clear of processed and fried foods. Sugar, especially, is accused of hindering our immune system. And by sugar, we mean processed, white, refined sugar found in colas, candy bars, etc. The natural sugar found in fruit is good for us.

And sunshine is good for us because that’s how our bodies manufacture Vitamin D. And it is Vitamin D that boosts our immune system and lets us fight off, or avoid, colds and flus, not to mention attack and kill other germs that cross our paths.

Yes, you can take artificially manufactured Vitamin D supplements, and we’re not here to say those are good or bad, but they’re certainly not as fun as playing Cornhole, now are they? Especially if you WIN the games of Cornhole.

Have you ever noticed that if you’re feeling a little blah physically or mentally that a few minutes in the sun can revive you? Probably you’ve even craved being outdoors sometimes. It feels good to step outside, close your eyes, tip your head back and let the sun’s warming rays bathe your face for a few moments. Just don’t stare at the sun… that tends to have serious negative effects on the eyes!

If you’re going to be out in the sun for a long time, whether or not you choose to use sunscreen is up to you. But for a few minutes of Vitamin producing basking in the golden sunshine, don’t hinder that process by slathering on chemicals designed to block the rays.

Well, unless it’s a freezing, snowy, rainy day where outdoor Cornhole isn’t an option, playing Cornhole outside in the fresh air and sunshine helps your body build immunities while you have fun. Not only is your body making Vitamin D as you toss 3-pointers, but you’re also getting some exercise and having fun with friends and family. All of these help keep your body and mind healthy. So, with some hearty games of outdoor Cornhole, you should find a lesser need for cold and flu medicine, not to mention doctor’s appointments where you have to sit for an hour in a room full of other sick people. And you don’t have to lose hours and pay from work. Well, unless you play hooky to play Cornhole, but that’s up to you.

This happened back in Summer. So everyone is wondering really what is Squalene Adjuvants and do we really need them in the vaccine or better question to ask is, do we even need the vaccine? Being that a report has shown that only 2% of actual cases are Swine Flu related. So whats all this about really? Huge marketing campaign and political pressure upon Media sources to keep the epidemic rolling.

Did you know that so far %70 of people are not going to take the Vaccine? What does this mean? It means people are actually started to question the Governments authority in which we the people give them. We should not have to quit our jobs just not to get injected with potentially dangerious chemicals such as Thermasol (Mercury additive which has been proven to be dangerious to all existing life) and now Squalene Adjuvant which is an oil from sharks.

I don’t know about you but from the research I’ve I’d say that the Swine Flu and the Vaccine are bunk! Find out what I mean by doing your research! The only way to keep an informed public is by becoming informed yourself. Change only needs to start with one person, you can be that person that helps others choose informatively and help potentially save lives as well as peoples right to making a family and having children.

After taking the vaccine, you may not notice too much change. But your inners will know and you might find out that you can no longer bear children after this vaccine. Main stream media has also done a research study on the Swine Flu with the same results, low infection rate and dangers of the vaccine.

But guess what? It was buried and this report was on CBS. Did you see it? So what kind of cover up is really happening here, and at the same time why is it that their is FEMA camps being setup everywhere that are empty, fully staffed and waiting? Doesn’t this kind of remind you of Nazi Germany? But instead of Jews everyone is having a shot taken at them, the future of mankind is actually in your hands right now at this very moment.

Shall you proceed to understand this vaccine and the dangerious chemicals inside them or will you continue to act as if all these explosively infectious disease just pop out just because. Something you may not know is that the H1N1 flu was man made.

Does that not concern you? Read between the lines and stay safe during this winter. Get to love the word “NO” and use it often in these cases of mass manipulation.
