			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When we talk about fat loss, we are not talking just about dieting alone. In order to achieve fat loss that you can count on and keep after you get to a certain weight, we need to talk about a program.</p>
<p>That is what we need to do in order to lose the weight effectively.  We need to have a fat loss program. By a program, I mean you need to incorporate good eating habits, healthy food, exercise and a change of the way you used to view food.</p>
<p>First let&#8217;s talk about good eating habits.  You should always know what you are putting into your body. You cannot do that if you are always eating out. You do not know what the food is prepared with, how much oil or fat is in it, or for that matter the exact amount of calories.</p>
<p>In order to know what you are putting into your body, you need to cook for yourself. That way you can always know that you are cooking with a certain amount of oil, or you are eating only a certain amount of carbohydrates.  You should stick with low fat, high protein foods with lots of vegetables. You can never eat too many vegetables.  As far as the carbohydrates, you should eat non processed pasta, not the white stuff. The same rule goes for bread, only whole wheat.</p>
<p>When you eat this way you will stay satisfied for a longer period of time. That way you are less likely to snack in between meals.</p>
<p>Speaking of meals, you should eat more meals of smaller quantity throughout the day.  It has been documented that given the same calorie intake, someone that eats 5 -6 meals per day will lose more weight than the person that eats 2-3 meals.  You should never skip a meal as you will inevitably end up eating more the next time because you are hungry.  You need to eat on a regular basis or your metabolism will slow down.</p>
<p>Exercise is also very important when it comes to a good fat loss program. The exercise will speed up your metabolism and help you to see results faster. This will help to encourage you through the tough times.</p>
<p>When I talk about exercise, I am not saying a full on every day at the gym for 2 hours exercise program. You can see great results from just walking on a daily basis. If you walk for 30 minutes, 5 days per week, and eat right, you will see great results.</p>
<p>When we talk about lifestyle changes, this is where that will come in. Don&#8217;t drive to the park that is 5 blocks away, walk there and back instead. When you are shopping take the stairs instead of the elevator.</p>
<p>You must also find things to do in your spare time,  chances are, and you ate out of boredom. This is very important. So look for things to occupy your time, a new hobby, gardening, anything to take your mind off eating.</p>
<p>Stick with this basic plan and you will lose weight, there are things you can do in addition, but this is a good start.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you want to lose belly fat, then you want to adopt a fat loss cardio routine into your exercise program. Weight training, kettlebell exercises, bodyweight workouts should all be part of your fat burning workouts.</p>
<p>You can&#8217;t just do a thousand sit ups or crunches and expect to lose stomach fat. Spot reduction is one of the great myths of fat loss, using light weights and doing countless ab specific exercises will not burn off your belly fat like many people would have you believe.</p>
<p>A good cardio routine will help burn calories all over. If it takes 3,500 calories to burn one pound, then you can try cutting back on about 500 calories of food consumption and doing a form of fat burning exercises that burns another 500 calories a day.</p>
<p>Here is a good circuit training fat burning workout to lose your stomach fat.</p>
<p>1a) Deadlifts<br />
<br />1b) Push-ups</p>
<p>2a) Clean And Press<br />
<br />2b) Mountain Climbers</p>
<p>Set a timer for 10 &#8211; 20 minutes (the time you chose is based on your conditioning level). Pick a weight (for the weight training exercises that you can do for 10 reps), start with exercise 1A do 5 reps, without resting (or as little rest as you need) do 5 reps of exercise 2b. Keep going back and forth this way till your time is up. Rest for 3-5 minutes do your other 2 exercises.</p>
<p>In a little over a week, you will have burned a pound &#8211; which is a safe amount of weight to lose per week.</p>
<p>Cardio attacks the fat cells right where they live &#8211; and you will soon see the effect in how your clothes fit. If that belly fat you are carrying bothers you, then just get moving!</p>
<p>When belly fat is the big problem in your life, it&#8217;s crucial that you begin as soon as possible to get it off. Belly fat hinders the functionality of many of your organs &#8211; it&#8217;s the most dangerous type of weight gain you can have. Not only being ugly to look at many studies have shown the health risks of having too much stomach fat.</p>
<p>Make sure you flush your system by drinking lots of water. If you drink a minimum of eight glasses of water per day, you will stay hydrated and help the body do its work that much more efficiently. Eat a clean diet stay away from processed foods, spread out your meals (5-6) throughout the day. You&#8217;ll experience fat loss (specifically the loss of belly fat) and enjoy a more energetic lifestyle, too!</p>
<p>Now I have only just touched on the subject of healthy eating here. Make no mistake all the fat burning exercises and workouts in the world will not get rid of your belly fat without a diet of eating healthy. Doing extra workouts while continuing to eat all the processed junk food that is all too prevalent today will not help you lose belly fat.</p>
<p>When we talk about stomach fat we are not just talking about looks here. There are very serious health issues that go along with too much stomach fat. We too often get hung up on how it looks, but what we don&#8217;t think enough about is how having too much fat affects our overall health. <p>1. The first is called the bicycle exercise. If you are wondering how to get abs, this is a great exercise for you to do. To perform this stomach exercise correctly, first you need to lay face up on a floor. Then, with your hands behind your head, lift one of your knees up towards your chest. Your other leg should be straightened on the floor. Next, repeat the same movement for the other leg. For extra, try to touch each elbow to the opposite knee when it reaches your chest.</p>

<p>5. For the last stomach exercise, you will need to lie face down on the floor while resting on your forearms. You may want to find a mat or something softer to protect your arms. Rise off of the floor in a pushup position so that only your forearms and toes are on the floor. Use your abdominal muscles to keep your back as straight as possible. For this exercise on how to get abs, you need to hold in this position for about 30 seconds.</p>
<p>After that, you can lower your self back to the floor. Repeat this process about 5 times, if possible.</p>

<p>Benefits of Cardio Exercise</p>
<p>1. Burns calories immediately. Depending upon the intensity of your workout, you may be able to burn from 100 to 500 calories in one session. On a treadmill, its typical to burn 100 calories in 10 minutes of fast walking. If you use an elliptical trainer which also incorporates your upper body, the calorie burn will be higher.</p>
