5.Do I love myself by focusing on this fear?

6. Do I feel this fear holds me back or pushes me to take action?

7. Do I blame this fear?

8. Do I give fear power over me to control my life?

9. Fear pushes you to hold back or go forward.

Healing fear

A step in healing yourself with fear is to breathe with the fear, by becoming aware in your body where you feel the fear and breathe the color of peace in this area the more you do this, you will notice a difference, your body will become more relax.

Imagine fear is scaring you and you can smile at the fear and talk to it while it is attempting to take hold of you with this you can change the pattern as fear attempts to control you.
